Richard has held several NHS executive positions nationally. Now, as well as being a Strategic Advisor to ICS Insourcing, Richard also works with Primary Care Networks to support the design and implementation of new models of care.
Nicola is the Clinical Operations Director at ICS Insourcing. Nicola will help you engage all your internal stakeholders in order to develop integrated clinical capacity recovery plans. She has worked within insourcing for over 7 years in both senior operational and clinical roles. Nicola has personally managed over 50 clinical insourcing contracts across all major specialties. As part of the immediate response to COVID-19, Nicola has led the design of several innovative solutions to support both demand management as well as clinical capacity services with a digital first approach.
